  1. 2rm snatch – 135#. Caught 145 twice, but on my toes the second rep so dumped forward. Would’ve like to have tried it again and maybe even 150# if there were more time.
    The work – 12:44 total working time.

    knee a little sore from missing the box one rep, but all in all the holiday break seems to have done my joints good.
